VEGAN KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN PLATE! ?
OOOWEEEEEEE!! Would you guys believe that this vegan lovas first job was at @kfc ? Yep that was me, “Welcome to KFC, can I take your order?” ? Never did I think I would be making a FULL ON vegan meal in their honor – and believe it or not those 11 herbs and spices still hit on some oyster mushrooms and cauliflower heads ? It is a little bit of a hassle to cook but you WON’T REGRET IT once it’s done!!! Oh yeah, and I was always a wedge girl (bc who doesn’t like potatoes) and anyone who wasn’t is simply crazy! This was honestly so flavorful and so spot on to KFC ( I would know) Thanks @itslizmiu for making this first and INSPIRING me to go back to my roots. Please check out this recipe on her website it’s TOTALLY WORTH IT!
I don’t want to take the credit for this delicious “chicken” since its not my recipe – feel free to visit itslizmiu page. If you want to find out I how I did my sides below. Enjoy vegan lovas! Video on how I accomplished this meal found here!
