  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 3-6 tbs ice cold water

  • Apple Pie Filling
  • 4 peeled and cubbed apples

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup vegan butter

  • 2-3 tbsp cornstarch (combine with 4 tbsp water and whisk before adding)

Directions

  • McDonalds Fries
  • Begin by making your brine by combining the cold water, sugar, salt, vinegar, and pre-peeled and cut potatoes – let sit for 30 minutes – overnight (up to you and your patience levels)
  • Heat up oil in a large pot to 300 degrees
  • Completely dry the potatoes out of the brine and fry them in two batches for ten minutes each – THEY WILL COME OUT SOFT
  • Now its time to double fry – turn up the oil to 400 degrees (or turn that puppy up if you don’t have a temperature thermometer) and cook fries for 1 more min max
  • Once out of the fryer freshly salt and serve
  • Big Mac
  • Prepare Big Mac sauce and set in the fridge
  • Next, form 4 patties into thin round shape and place on a medium heated skillet with 2 tsp of oil ( cook according to package directions)
  • Begin with laying down two bottoms of hamburger buns, ice both with the Big Mac sauce topping with lettuce, cheddar cheese, and a beyond meat patty. Place another bottom on top of beyond meat and ice with Big Mac sauce
  • Place another bottom on top of beyond meat patty and ice with Big Mac sauce top with shredded lettuce, three pickles, and another beyond meat patty. Place sesame seed bun on top!
  • Enjoy!
  • Apple Pie
  • Combine all filling ingredients, bring to boil and lower to simmer. Set aside and let cool before using.
  • Start by adding your flour, salt and cinnamon
  • Cut your cold butter into the flour with a fork until it becomes a sandlike consistency
  • Next, add your ice cold water 1 tbsp at a time
  • Roll the dough into a ball and place on a floured surface roll into a 1 inch thickness
  • Using a tea bag container for shape (or any small rectangular box) begin to cut even rectangle squares
  • Add 1 tbsp of filling to the center of the 1 pastry rectangle dough
  • Using your finger, gently wet the edges of the pastry dough and add another rectangular dough on top
  • Press the two together with your fingers first and with a fork second
  • Place 3 slots into the dough, butter (melt butter) and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top before baking @ 375 for 20 – 25 mins
