VEGAN BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

- Wet Ingredients
1 large ripe banana (mashed)
1 cup vegan milk ( I used almond milk)
6 tsp melted vegan butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup blueberries
- Dry Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Mix dry and wet ingredients separately (minus the blueberries
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients stirring at each addition
- Fold in blueberries
- Add mixture to well oiled muffin pan.
- Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes
